Snoeren en draden in de war onder de microscoop  

Deze is al verkocht maar ik ga hier een serie van deze maken. Heb je hierin interesse, stuur me dan een berichtje! Ik wilde deze toch delen en het verhaal erbij: Afgelopen jaar ging ik vanuit een diep gevoel naar Ierland om een maand aan nieuwe dingen te werken en te connecten met het landschap en de oude verhalen die daar nog vlak onder de oppervlakte liggen te lingeren. Dit is een Selkie, een half mens half zeehond. De digitale tekening hier onder heb ik een paar jaar geleden gemaakt en ik wilde deze in Ierland vertalen naar een schilderij met de nieuwe technieken die ik had opgedaan. Een Ateliergenoot deed het denken aan het verhaal van de Selkie. Deze gedaante en het verhaal sluit aan bij een onderliggend gevoel dat ik had bij het maken van die eerste tekening: “The Selkie story is the story of a woman who
